First off, We would like to explain how KIRE came to be. KIRE is our French Bulldog’s name, he is currently snoring on the end of the couch. KI is for Kim and RE is for Rebecca. Our beautiful little boy is the mascot for our businesses, this store and our Real Estate Company.

Now to the humans behind the screen. On the main page you can scroll down and there is a section with pictures and info on Kim, Rebecca, KIRE and Sasha. Yes, we included Sasha because let’s be frank…she owns us, we just pay the bills to keep her in her human sized cat palace. You can also get to know us a bit more intimately in our blogs, which is linked is at top of the page.

Everything we do is focused around “CELEBRATION”. Gratitude for what we have, and who we have the pleasure to call friends and family. We are always our truest most authentic selves, even in the face of adversity. We are here for every community out there but more focused to help the queer community tackle the adventure of homeownership. Through experience, knowledge and skillset we offer the safest platform possible in ways that maybe straight non ally Realtors would be unable to do. Proud KIRE follows local, state, and federal privacy and data storage laws. Our purchase area is also compliant for safe and secure checkouts. Rebecca checked it repeatedly… yea her!!! The data is not shared or sold to any other companies. We use the data to better understand our customers, how they like to shop and what their interests are. It helps us to provide more of what people want and get rid of what people don’t. It helps us work out the kinks (no pun intended) in our website to make it easier to navigate. It enables us to create purchase orders, shipping orders, payment avenues, and allows us to track your order, and ensure timely delivery.

SHIPPING/ DELIVERY & TERMS: Shipping costs for your order is calculated via the address information that you hand entered at the time of purchase, payment and acceptance of the order form.

During our beta testing-soft opening and until we are able to utilize other methods of shipping, we are using a flat fee for 1st item purchased at $6.5, and an additional item fee of $2.50 per items sold.

In the future, we will be working on providing you alternative choices of shipping by the weight of your order, to be calculated FedEx, UPS and USPS. We will get there, we promise.

Once your order is placed and payment has been completed, your order is transferred to the Proud KIRE productions teams, scattered across the USA (like pixie dust). Your order is placed in cue, and is usually produced within 48 hours. Our suppliers then send out your goodies, and they will arrive within 7-10 business days. It is not our fault that you live in the middle of no where!

Proud KIRE follows local, state and federal tax laws. Some states require shipping to be taxed, others do not. (We will tell you later how much fun it was to figure that out!) We have this computed to be relayed to you in your ordering process automatically, because we are cool like that.

PAYMENT TERMS & SPECIAL FEES: We allow many forms of payment. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express are our accepted methods. We will also offer payments through PayPal.

Once payment is made the order can not be changed, and/or can not be cancelled. All the items are created on demand… you demand, we create.

BILLING INFORMATION TERMS & CONDITIONS: Proud KIRE reserves the right to refuse any orders. Example: incomplete information given when ordering that makes it impossible to complete the order. Some information that could cause cancellation would be an incorrect shipping address, email address thats not deliverable, incorrect payment information, decline of payment information, etc.

Similarly, if we try to contact you regarding your order and you do not respond, we will cancel the order due to not having enough information to successfully complete your order.

Billing Information such as your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and past orders are kept in a safe and secure customer database. Your method of payment is also stored. What is not stored is the credit card number, the expiration date and /or your CVV code.

TRADEMARKS/COPYRIGHTS: Though our designs and content are not expressly or legally ours we are most certainly sure they are NOT yours. We are the creators either way. They ARE our creations. We ask explicitly that you have integrity when it comes to our products, ideas and designs.

CANCELLATION POLICIES: Order Cancellations: Because we are a print on demand company and we do not have a print shop on our basement, or store inventory in the attic, once the order is PLACED, it can NOT be cancelled. Once your order is placed with ProudKIRE the order is transferred immediately to one of our many production crews set up throughout the USA. As soon as your order is sent to the production crew it is automatically placed into production cue. This happens so quickly and seamlessly between transmissions that cancelling the order just is not possible. See the RETURN POLICY for other avenues.

DISPUTE CLAUSE: U.S. domestic- If a dispute arises out of, or relates to this contract, or the breach thereof, and if the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation and/or arbitration, the parties agree first to try in good faith to settle the dispute by mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Mediation Procedures before resorting to arbitration, litigation, or some other dispute resolution procedure.

Proud KIRE is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if a customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Proud KIRE can offers a refund if the customer contacts us within 10 days of after product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the ”Contact” form and provide a clear photo showing us the issue. Thank you sweets!
